Vision Expo 2026 Orlando: Visit Next Vision Instruments at Booth #2713
March 12–14 | Orlando, Florida
Next Vision Instruments will be exhibiting at Vision Expo 2026 in Orlando, Florida from March 12–14 at Booth #2713, showcasing diagnostic technology, exam lane equipment, and exclusive show specials.
Why Vision Expo 2026 Matters
The eye care industry is heading to Vision Expo 2026 in Orlando, Florida, one of the largest gatherings for optometry and ophthalmic technology in the United States.
This year marks a major milestone for the event. For the first time ever, Vision Expo East and Vision Expo West have officially combined into one unified show, bringing together doctors, manufacturers, and industry leaders from across the country.
The result is a larger event with more technology, more education, and more opportunities for eye care professionals to evaluate the tools shaping the future of their practices.
For our team, the event is even more meaningful this year. Vision Expo 2026 is taking place right here in our home state of Florida, and the Next Vision Instruments team will be on the show floor demonstrating diagnostic equipment, exam lane solutions, and a special custom reveal.

What You’ll See at Our Booth
Doctors visiting our booth will be able to explore:
- Live demonstrations of diagnostic imaging equipment
- Complete exam lane solutions from Envi Essential Eyecare Instruments
- Exclusive Vision Expo show pricing on select systems
- A custom autism awareness exam lane reveal
Vision Expo is one of the few opportunities each year where doctors can see multiple technologies side-by-side and compare them in person.
A Special Reveal at Vision Expo
This year we’re bringing something unique to the show floor. We hosted an internal design competition to create a custom exam lane that would make a meaningful impact.
The winning design came from Edgardo in our Chair & Stands department, inspired by his son Carlos Gael, who is on the autism spectrum.
Edgardo shared how the autism puzzle symbol and its colors have always brought comfort to his family. Seeing those familiar colors can create an immediate sense of familiarity and ease.
That idea inspired a custom exam lane designed to help pediatric patients feel more comfortable during their eye exam.
The message behind the design is simple.
You’re understood here.
The design includes:
- Puzzle-pattern upholstery designed for sensory comfort
- Autism awareness colors representing inclusion and support
- A playful stand design that softens the clinical environment
We’re proud to reveal this exam lane at Vision Expo and show how thoughtful exam room design can help create a more welcoming experience for patients and families.
Who Is Next Vision Instruments?
Next Vision Instruments is a family-owned ophthalmic equipment company dedicated to helping eye care professionals make informed technology decisions.
For more than two decades, our team has worked directly with optometrists and ophthalmologists across the country, providing diagnostic equipment, exam lane solutions, and personalized support.
What makes our approach different is simple.
We focus on guidance, transparency, and long-term partnerships with doctors. Instead of pushing a single brand or product, we help practices evaluate multiple technologies to determine what best fits their workflow, patient base, and growth plans.
Our team regularly helps practices with:
- Selecting diagnostic equipment
- Comparing new and pre-owned technology
- Designing efficient exam lanes
- Planning equipment upgrades or practice expansions
- Supporting practices long after installation
